Miss Chloe

Miss Chloe is 5 1/2 months old and is now sitting up all by herself. She is also crawling (2 mobile children YIKES). Sooooo crazy how fast the 2nd child hits their milestones. Owen didn't even think about crawling until 8-9 months.

Mason's football game

My nephew, Mason is playing middle school football (8th grade) for the Shelton Chargers. He is below in the white jersey #27 as the running back. He also plays linebacker on defense.
Here is Owen and his "Fink" shirt. We had to support Mason Fink and make a jersey!!!!!

Owen's date with Campbell

Campbell took Owen to Jumpstreet and then Chick-fil-a for a date today. They had a GREAT time!!!!!!! Here is a picture of the end of the date hanging out in the play area at Chick-fil-a.

Grill time & Army crawl

Saturday evening Greg and Owen grilled some chicken, sausage and pork chops. After eating most of his sausage, Owen's asks to get down from the table and wants to grill his remaining pieces of sausage on his grill. TOO FUNNY!

....then he ate the pieces and brought his dessert over (M&Ms) and grilled those as well.

1st day of Bible Bears (Owen's pre-school)

Owen's first day of Bible Bears was pretty good. Greg and I both went to drop him off that morning and he went right in and starting playing with a friend, Cole. As soon as we told him "bye bye" the fireworks started. The teacher said he cried for about 5 minutes and then was fine. Owen's teacher, Miss Tisha said he would play, play, play and then remember that Mommy wasn't there and cry a little and then play, play, play and then remember Mommy wasn't there and cry....

When I went back to pick him up at the end of the day, he was in the teachers lap laughing while they were reading a book which was so wonderful to see. Miss Tisha said that Owen asked to take a nap while they were eating lunch, went and got his nap-mat, laid down and went to sleep with the lights on and everything. He does LOVE his nap time, but how funny is that?! I know he had a good time because that evening he was playing with his tools and asked if he could "take to school?"

I can say that this stay at home Mom was a total mess all day Tuesday with Owen at school. I was sad because I missed him, but I had prayed a lot about this day and felt peaceful and knew that God had put Owen in good hands. The Lord sure knows what he is doing!!!! Thank you Lord for such a wonderful blessing!!!!!
